We encourage our parents to call or email individual teachers to discuss academic concerns prior to requesting a parent/teacher conference. Emails will be answered on school days within 24 hours. Parents and students are asked to make appointments with individual teachers, guidance counselors, or the Dean of Students to discuss academic or behavior concern before a parent/teacher conference is scheduled. Thoughout the school year, we receive numerous requests from parent/teacher conferences. Since many conferences require the attendance of a guidance counselor and all instructional staff involved in the student's curriculum, advanced notice is needed to make the necessary meeting arrangements.
